To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where possible. To initiate a return, please contact us at JosephRivera7771@hotmail.com with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
